Yesterday I basically did nothing. I guess after all of that painting (lots of trim work and edges!) I just needed to relax and get out of “the zone”.
Today was a little rough to get myself motivated again. After cleaning the bar I took the dog for a walk and then did the Upper Body workout from Kathy Smith’s Personal Trainer dvd and 10 minutes of abs from Kathy Smith’s Tummy Trimmers.
Breakfast was coffee and a banana. Lunch and dinner were baked ziti with ground turkey and low fat mozzarella. (Sorry I was hungry and couldn’t manage to try and make this pretty.)
Then I spent most of the afternoon/evening tidying up the kitchen and clearing off our ridiculously cluttered breakfast bar. I’m hoping to convince Jason to get bar stools.
